Emmy Award Nominee Directs Film Starring Trevor Brooks

"Gazebo" starring Trevor Brooks recently played at several film festivals in the United States and Europe. The trailer is available here.

Written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker
Molly Gandour, "Gazebo" stars Trevor Brooks and Annabel Everett in the story of a date, a dance, and a deal, none of which go as planned. Trevor plays Doug Trey, a troubled teen with a prosthetic leg who takes Annabel's character, Grace Freewell, to a school dance. Far from a "16 Candles" fantasy, "Gazebo" serves up a more real-life slice of teenage hope, anxiety, disappointment and détente.

Molly Gandour was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Exceptional Merit in Nonfiction Filmmaking in 2011 for the documentary "Gasland". The feature film, which Gandour produced, garnered an Oscar nomination, an Emmy win, and Emmy nominations in three other categories (including Exceptional Merit in Nonfiction Filmmaking).
